Zyban Directions Zyban Directions?
Zyban is a medication that helps you be ready to actual stop smoking. After beginning to take Zyban, you set a date to stop smoking during the second week of treatment. Most men and women take Zyban for between seven and twelve weeks. Once you stop smoking, continue to take Zyban as your doctor has ordered. Zyban is a tablet taken orally. Zyban can be taken with or without food, and most doctors will prescribe one to three tablets per day. You should not chew, crush, or split the pills. Follow the prescription directions carefully, and ask your pharmacist to explain anything you don't understand. Take Zyban as directed. Do not stop taking Zyban just because you feel well. Do not stop taking Zyban without your doctor's knowledge, particularly if you have been using the medication for a while. You will need to follow your doctor's instructions and gradually stop taking the prescription. You must use Zyban regularly for several weeks before you notice any change.

Anything Else I Should Know About Zyban Anything Else I Should Know About Zyban?
It's a good idea to review your health insurance to see if your expenses for smoking cessation therapy can be covered. Not all plans will cover it, however. If your does not, it is still worth it to undergo Zyban therapy, since the long-term gain is better. The cost of Zyban compared to a pack a day expense of .095 per year is certainly clear. When the brain chemicals dopamine and norepinephrine get out of balance, depression results. Zyban works to keep these two chemicals in balance, and can reverse the signs of depression.
